Due to the nature of the material used in MYDIPKIT, Timber's Edge Outdoor Products cannot accept returns on MYDIPKITs. If product is damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately via the contact form on this website. In the event of wrong merchandise received please contact us immediately via our contact page on this website. Exchanges can be made ONLY IF MERCHANDISE IS UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGEING. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP RETURNS/EXCHANGES TO TIMBER'S EDGE OUTDOOR PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. IF AUTHORIZATION IS NOT OBTAINED PRIOR TO RETURN SHIPMENT, THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. RETURNS MAY BE ACCEPTED ON A DISCRETIONARY BASIS BY TIMBER'S EDGE OUTDOOR PRODUCTS ONLY. IN THE EVENT AN ORDER IS REFUSED UPON DELIVERY, PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ORDER.
